Forums Upgrade

Ok the forum upgrade is now complete, we are not on the latest vbulletin version of 3.5.3 which includes all the latest standard features and bug fixes.

If you notice anything on the forums which doesn't look right please let me know.

Now to add the portal frontend to the site and my days work is done :)

Front portal added to site, visitors are automatically directed to home.php upon visiting.
