Master Creating has released a playable demo of Legend: Hand of God, allowing you to try out the English version of their role-playing game. EA DICE's upcoming free-to-play PC shooter Battlefield Heroes has been delayed and is now expected to arrive late this year, publisher Electronic Arts announced today. EA CEO John Riccitiello announced that the game would now launch at the end of 2008, with the developers shifting focus to implementing better "social networking features." Also EALA's squad-based first-person shooter Tiberium (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) has been delayed, publisher Electronic Arts today revealed in a conference call to investors. Gas Powered Games has released a playable demo of Space Siege, allowing you to try out this action-RPG. Space Siege takes place in the confines of the Armstrong, one of the few remaining colonization ships carrying the last bastions of human civilization after a devastating attack on Earth from an unknown alien race. Players will take the role of Seth Walker, a cybernetics engineer suddenly thrust into a struggle to save humanity from extermination. As the adventure progresses Seth is offered opportunities to sacrifice pieces of his humanity for cybernetic upgrades that will assist him in his mission to preserve the human race.  ATi Catalyst Drivers v8.7 |

If you own an ATi video card, head on over to the AMD / ATi website and download the new Catalyst 8.7 drivers for 32-bit/64-bit Windows Vista and Windows XP. There are a host of fixes and improvements as well as a new CCC enhancement that allows full hardware information for each physical graphics accelerator installed in the system. Those who install the new drivers can also look forward to resolved problems in Assassin's Creed, Crysis, Frontlines: Fuel of War, Hellgate London, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, World In Conflict, and World of Warcraft. Oh, and AMD mentions that the Catalyst 8.7 drivers bring a "Full Hardware information" section to the Catalyst Control Center.

Codemasters has released a new patch for Race Driver: GRID, updating the PC-DVD version of this racing game to version 1.2. Changes include:
- Fix for sessions list overflow and missing characters in front end.
- Fix for errors generated on game shutdown
- Support for TrackIR
- Online experience points: more points awarded for completing longer races
- Assists on/off toggle added to session creation and browsing
- All offline events (apart from head-to-heads and touge) are now available online (event voting screen now scrolls to see additional championships).

As promised last week, Activision and Infinity Ward have released a new patch for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, updating this popular first person sequel to v1.6. This patch includes four new maps (Creek, Chinatown, Broadcast, and Killhouse), hardcore and oldschool server browser filters, as well as a fix for a Denial of Service attack.
